As soon as you mentioned "Keep on the sunny side" I started singing it in my head and whether it's the fact that it's such an upbeat song or that some of the scenes from "Oh Brother" flicked into my head I am not sure, but a smile broke across my face. Which goes to prove what you said in your post. Many thanks for brightening up my day.

You said: "... and discovered that all those things that made me different in high school are going to be my assets in getting ahead in life."

That's funny; I've discovered that all those things that made me different in high school are still keeping me from getting women interested in dating me as a post-middle age man.

Congratulations on the many positive changes you've created! The simple things, done earnestly, make all the difference. Your list presents me with some challenges and opportunities - thanks!

I just attended the seminar last night and was disappointed to find the same. They offered the 3 course for $495 one time only special including this whole other package. Ofcourse it wasn't a one time only package as they apparently offered it previously in other states. In my seminar in NYC there was about 300 people and about 25% signed up for the course.

I was disappointed mainly because I believed Kiyosaki actually has ligit ideas and didnt start this whole Rich Dad following to line his pockets more. On the other hand he is running a business.

She did give some good ideas as mentioned although no details on how to actually follow through with these techniques.

I do truely believe that realestate is one great way to build wealth so I will investigate some of these ideas further and dive in on my own.

Good luck to everyone else.
