Health Wealth & Happiness
When the opportunity to move to America came into our lives a few years ago, I was riddled with indecision. Normally choices like this are crystal clear, but not this one. I tossed the options in my head so much I was giving myself an ulcer.
One day walking past a Chinese medicine shop, we decided to stop in to see if acupuncture would help my stomach. A Chinaman took me to a small room, put the pins in me then hooked me up to a big battery that pulsed electricity through me for about 40 minutes. It was amazing. I walked out of there a new person. My head was clear and my nerves calmed.
Lately I just started to discover chakras. These are our energy centers. There’s seven of them and when one is out of whack you end up with an ulcer or something depending on which chakra is depleted. I’m guessing that Chinese acupuncturist simply balanced out my chakras that day.
I took a chakra test to see of ones needs attention. It looks like my navel chakra needs the most work. That’s my intimacy chakra which probably got a bit prudish after all those years in England. But the root chakra needs to be strong before you do anything else. So I’ll start with those two. A chakra a day will keep that crazy electric pulsing Chinese acupuncturist away.
